Overview

DrinkScan is a mobile app for adults that scans alcoholic beverage labels and provides AI-generated tasting information. We collect only the information needed to provide the app, protect accounts, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.

Information we process

• Account information, such as email address and authentication provider.
• Scan photos, saved scan history, and AI analysis results when you use scan features.
• Preferences, including language and community photo contribution settings.
• Device, usage, analytics, and crash diagnostic information.
• Guest mode scan data stored locally on your device.

AI and service providers

DrinkScan uses service providers for authentication, database storage, crash reporting, product analytics, and AI analysis. Scan photos may be sent to AI providers to generate results.

Your choices

You can delete your account in the app from Profile -> Delete account, or request deletion by email at drinkscan.support@gmail.com.

Community contributed photos attributed to your user ID are automatically removed when you delete your account. You can also request removal by email.
